Structural Engineer – Ownership Opportunity | Hybrid Remote

What You’ll Do:

• Lead and collaborate with engineers, designers, contractors, and clients to deliver outstanding projects
• Perform and review structural calculations, drawings, and specifications
• Visit construction sites for observations, RFI responses, and submittal reviews
• Manage project schedules, budgets, and resource forecasts
• Review and oversee project drafting to ensure high-quality deliverables
• Write clear, detailed technical reports and client communications
• Contribute to business development by supporting proposals and fostering client relationships
• Participate in team meetings (virtual and in-person) to drive project success and share insights

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil or Structural Engineering (ABET accredited)
• 5+ years of structural engineering experience, including concrete and steel design
• Licensed Professional Engineer (PE) or ability to obtain licensure
• Proficient with AutoCAD or Revit, MS Office, and industry building and design codes
• Strong communication, leadership, and project management skills
