Job Description:

We are seeking a dynamic individual to join us as either a Structural Engineer or a Structural Engineer in Training, depending on experience and qualifications. This role is perfect for those passionate about commercial building structural systems and eager to lead structural engineering projects and teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Engage in the engineering of structural systems for various building projects
• Participate in project management, team management, and general leadership activities
• Work closely with Senior Structural Engineers for professional development, and progress towards managing smaller projects independently (for EIT candidates)
• Play an integral role in client relationships, design, mentoring, and administration of projects for the built environment

What We Offer:

• Competitive salary of $75,000 – $125,000 (commensurate with experience and role)

About You:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil or Structural Engineering from an ABET-accredited institution. A Master’s degree or EIT certification is a plus (for EIT candidates)
• Licensed as a Professional Engineer (PE) with 7+ years of applicable experience in building structural systems (for Senior Engineer candidates)
• Experience with commercial, housing, hospitality, industrial projects is advantageous
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and structural software like Revit, RISA, STAAD, and Tekla
