What You Will Do:

• Lead the design and development of high-end residential projects. This includes conceptualizing and executing designs that blend clients’ ideas, architectural styles, and artistic expression to create unique and timeless homes
• Oversee the entire lifecycle of residential design projects, from initial client consultations to final delivery. This involves coordinating with various stakeholders, managing timelines, and ensuring project deliverables meet the highest standards
• Engage with clients to understand their vision and requirements. Offer expert guidance and creative solutions to meet their needs while maintaining the integrity and historical evolution of architecture
• Work collaboratively with other designers, architects, and contractors. Mentor junior designers and contribute to a dynamic team environment

About You:

• Proven experience in residential design, preferably in high-end projects. A portfolio showcasing diverse and sophisticated designs
• A degree in Architecture, Interior Design, or a related field
• Strong design skills with a deep understanding of architectural styles and genres. Excellent project management and client relations skills
• Proficiency in Revit design software
• Creative ability to blend architectural styles, client ideas, and artistic expression uniquely and effectively
