- Hybrid Schedule – Field work (~50%) and office work (~50%). You’re only asked to come into the office on Wednesdays. Get away from the desk and computer.

What You’ll Do:
- Architectural investigations into building failures, ranging from leaking roofs to compromised facades.
- Work hand-in-hand with other architects, forensic engineers, and contractors to identify root causes and design solutions.
- Engage in new construction, renovations, and subject matter expert work.
- Collaborate with clients in both public and private sectors, and enjoy high levels of client interaction.
- Write clear, thorough technical reports documenting evaluations, findings, and recommendations.
- Contribute to both design and construction quality assurance throughout each phase of the project lifecycle.
What You Bring:
- Licensed Architect in the state of Minnesota.
- 7–10 years of architectural experience, ideally including some client-facing and construction-phase responsibilities.
- A desire to be in the field about half of the time, learning hands-on and seeing your solutions come to life.
- An interest in restoration, forensics, and problem-solving. It’s okay even if you’ve never worked in that space before.
- Writing skills for preparing detailed reports.
- Curiosity, independence, and a collaborative mindset.
