Your Responsibilities:

As a Construction Site Operations Specialist, you will handle various tasks to ensure smooth project execution and installation, such as:

  • Documentation: Prepare and manage documents needed for project construction administration.
  • Meetings: Attend and actively participate in construction meetings.
  • Submittal Reviews: Ensure contractor submissions comply with project requirements.
  • Field Reports: Create detailed field observation reports.
  • Design Coordination: Work with the design team to implement necessary changes.

 

In the field, your role will involve:

  • Meeting Leadership: Conduct and manage agendas for construction phase meetings.
  • Change Log Management: Keep an up-to-date log of construction changes.
  • Issue Resolution: Address and resolve on-site issues, coordinating with the design team as needed.
  • Budget Management: Complete tasks within allocated hours and provide accurate feedback to project managers.

 

What We’re Looking For:

  • A Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree in construction management, architecture, engineering, or a related field.
  • Over 2 years of experience in construction administration. Electrical projects a plus.
  • Knowledge of electrical design, engineering, or construction for commercial projects.
  • Strong judgment and ability to enforce contract documents effectively.
