Your Impact

As a Transportation Engineer and Project Manager, you’ll:

  • Support the design of roads and highways for counties and state Department of Transportation (DOT) projects
  • Lead roadway projects of all sizes and complexities, ensuring they’re delivered on time, on budget, and with exceptional quality
  • Mentor and guide a talented team of engineers, project managers, and technicians, sharing your expertise and fostering their professional development with transportation projects
  • Engage in public meetings, serve as a trusted communication resource, and make decisions that positively shape the communities served

 

Who You Are

You’re a forward-thinking leader with:

  • A Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering from an accredited program
  • 10+ years of experience in Civil Engineering, with a strong background in roadway projects
  • A Professional Engineer license and an understanding of MnDOT and Minnesota local agency specifications
  • Strong communication skills and a knack for managing projects and teams
  • Proficient with design tools like Microstation, Geopak/ORD, Civil 3D
  • Desire to lead transportation projects across Minnesota

 

Location Flexibility
