Job Description:

Brand new opportunity for a Civil Designer to our Civil/Land Development Group and participate on the Civil Design team working with engineers, project managers, and other professionals.

The Civil Designer role emphasizes design and plan set preparation for commercial, residential, multi-family, and mixed-use projects. You will contribute to grading, pipe networks, alignments, profiles, sections, and redline drafting for conceptual, preliminary, and final design drawings.

As a Civil Designer you will prepare base files, plan exhibits, construction documents and detailed design drawings for land development and site development projects. Leverage Civil 3D to create permit sets. Coordinating with project stakeholders and helping to maintain CAD standards ensures this role is never mundane or boring.

About You:

• 3+ years of relevant experience with as a Civil Designer or Civil Technician
• Civil 3D proficiency with surfaces, alignments and profiles
• Knowledge of civil site design and site development for commercial building projects
• Experience with site, grading, utility, wastewater systems, stormwater systems, or roadwork is a plus
