- Mentor junior staff and contribute to a supportive team culture
- Take ownership of your projects and help shape their success
What You’ll Bring:
- A degree in architecture
- 3-10+ years of experience in architectural practice
- Proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD (SketchUp, Enscape, and Bluebeam a plus)
- Strong understanding of how buildings go together and how to communicate that in a drawing set
- Experience managing or mentoring a small team
- Licensure is not required
Why Join Us:
- Flexible hours and hybrid work options
- A variety of project types—retail, civic, institutional, commercial, liturgical, and recreational
- A culture that values autonomy, creativity, and balance
- Enjoy client and team events, project site visits, and volunteer opportunities
- Real advancement opportunities as our firm continues to grow
