We are seeking a Structural Engineer to join our expanding team to support the design and engineering of specialized facilities. What the Structural Engineer Will Do:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams from start to finish, on structural engineering solutions for design-build projects nationwide, with a team that is local.
- Incorporate cutting-edge engineering solutions in every project, positioning the company to lead the industry today and into the future.
- Adapt services to clients’ evolving needs, guaranteeing each facility meets or exceeds safety, durability, and functional expectations.
- Create tailored designs for facilities, ensuring structural integrity, safety, and compliance with industry standards.
Structural Engineer Background:
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, or a related field (Master’s a plus).
- Professional Engineer (PE) license; Structural Engineer (SE) licensure a plus. EITs will also be considered.
- 5-10+ years of structural engineering experience, with a focus on industrial, agricultural, or storage facility projects.
- Experience in designing large-scale facilities.
- Advanced proficiency in structural design software, including Revit, AutoCAD, and structural analysis tools (e.g., RISA, SAP2000, STAAD).
- Strong knowledge of materials and methods specific to storage facility construction, including concrete, steel, and foundation systems.
- In-depth understanding of relevant codes and standards (e.g., IBC, ASCE, ACI, AISC) and best practices for industrial facilities.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills for effective collaboration with cross-functional teams, clients, and stakeholders.
