Structural Engineer

We are seeking a Structural Engineer to join our expanding team to support the design and engineering of specialized facilities. In this role, you’ll deliver expertly designed facilities that meet the stringent requirements of a niche industry. What the Structural Engineer Will Do:

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams from start to finish, on structural engineering solutions for design-build projects nationwide, with a team that is local.
  • Incorporate cutting-edge engineering solutions in every project, positioning the company to lead the industry today and into the future.
  • Adapt services to clients’ evolving needs, guaranteeing each facility meets or exceeds safety, durability, and functional expectations.
  • Create tailored designs for facilities, ensuring structural integrity, safety, and compliance with industry standards.

Structural Engineer Background:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, or a related field (Master’s a plus).
  • Professional Engineer (PE) license; Structural Engineer (SE) licensure a plus. EITs will also be considered.
  • 5-10+ years of structural engineering experience, with a focus on industrial, agricultural, or storage facility projects.
  • Experience in designing large-scale facilities.
  • Advanced proficiency in structural design software, including Revit, AutoCAD, and structural analysis tools (e.g., RISA, SAP2000, STAAD).
  • Strong knowledge of materials and methods specific to storage facility construction, including concrete, steel, and foundation systems.
  • In-depth understanding of relevant codes and standards (e.g., IBC, ASCE, ACI, AISC) and best practices for industrial facilities.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills for effective collaboration with cross-functional teams, clients, and stakeholders.
