We are committed to nurturing your growth as a Structural Engineer. As a Structural EIT at our firm, you’ll have the invaluable opportunity to be mentored by our seasoned Professional Engineers (PEs). This mentorship program is specifically designed to guide you on the path to becoming a licensed PE. You will receive one-on-one guidance, regular feedback, and the support you need to successfully pass the PE exam.

Qualifications We’re Looking For:

• A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering with a Structural focus.
• A minimum of 2-5+ years of engineering experience in structural design for commercial buildings.
• Proficiency in performing calculations and developing effective engineering solutions.
• Familiarity with software like Revit, RISA, Tekla as well as a solid understanding of construction and building codes.
