Sr. Civil Engineer Responsibilities:

• Drive the execution of design-build projects across highways, transit systems, railways, and civil site designs
• Cultivate a respectful and collaborative work environment, emphasizing professional growth and team dynamics
• Work alongside group leaders to develop and implement growth strategies, including action plans and financial goals
• Build and maintain strong connections with clients, placing their needs at the center of our projects

What We’re Looking For:

• At least 5 years in transportation project management, with a focus on both preliminary and final design stages. Experience with Design-Build projects is a bonus
• Must be a Licensed Professional Engineer (PE) in Minnesota or eligible for licensure within six months
• Exceptional communication, organization, technical, and analytical skills
• A track record of effective team leadership and staff development
• Familiarity with tools like AutoCAD/Civil 3D, MicroStation/Geopak, or Open Roads Designer
