We are on the lookout for an enthusiastic Civil Engineer, someone who is deeply passionate about spearheading diverse transportation projects. Your role will be pivotal in overseeing projects across highways, transit systems, railways, and intricate civil site designs.
Key Responsibilities of the Senior Civil Engineer:
- Lead and guide teams in delivering large-scale transportation projects, using innovative methods such as Design-Build. Projects will include a diverse range of transportation modes.
- Foster a workplace culture rooted in respect and teamwork, emphasizing professional growth and a positive team atmosphere.
- Work with leadership to develop and implement growth strategies, including detailed action plans and financial goals.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, placing their needs at the heart of our projects.
- Proactively identify and secure new project opportunities, contributing to our firm’s growth and presence in the market.
What We Seek in a Civil Engineer:
- 5+ years of experience in managing transportation projects, 8+ years of overall experience. Design-Build background is a plus.
- Must be a Licensed Professional Engineer in Minnesota or become eligible within six months of joining.
- Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Strong organizational, technical, and analytical skills.
- Demonstrated ability in team leadership and staff development.
- Proficiency in project management tools such as AutoCAD/Civil 3D, MicroStation/Geopak, or Open Roads Designer.
