As a Transportation Civil Engineer in a Project Manager role, you will join an award-winning team working on elite-level transportation projects. Your expertise in highways, local roads, public utilities, transit, or site design will be crucial in leading dynamic projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage complex transportation projects using Design-Build, CMGC, and traditional methods
• Play a key role in strategic planning and business development for various projects
• Lead and nurture staff, promoting professional growth and a strong team spirit
• Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure continued business growth

Qualifications:

• 5-20+ years of experience in transportation project management, with highway project management being ideal
• Professional Engineer (PE) preferred
• Proficiency in MicroStation, OpenRoads Designer, Civil 3D, excellent communication, organization, and leadership abilities
• Preferred experience in design-build projects
• Experience fast-track advancement, with opportunities to transition into a Director role within 1-2 years.
