Key Responsibilities as Sr. Civil Engineer/Project Manager:
- Project Leadership: Oversee the planning and execution of design-build projects, including highways, transit systems, railways, and civil site designs
- Team Building: Foster a respectful, collaborative environment, focusing on professional growth and team dynamics
- Strategic Planning: Collaborate with group leaders to strategize growth, develop action plans, and set financial objectives
- Client Relations: Establish and nurture strong client relationships, ensuring their needs are central to our project goals
What We Seek in You:
- Minimum of 3 years in transportation project management, especially in design-build projects, covering both preliminary and final design phases
- Must be a Licensed Professional Engineer (PE) in Minnesota
- Outstanding communication, organization, technical, and analytical abilities
- Proven track record in effective team leadership and staff mentorship
- Knowledge of AutoCAD/Civil 3D, MicroStation/Geopak, or Open Roads Designer
