Now hiring an Architectural Project Designer for a pure front end design position! Did you become an architect to design pretty buildings, and not draft details? If so – please read on!
This is a true architectural designer position. This is not a technical position. You can set the project vision, create the concept, present your ideas to project stakeholders, and oversee the buildings’ design concept through schematic design.
- Express your creative design talents with concepts and schematic designs
- Develop front end design options, not produce technical documents
- Use Revit, SketchUp, Lumion, Rhino, and Adobe CS to generate design concepts
- Work with a small project team including a Project Architect and Project Manager
The Architectural Project Designer is responsible for formulating creative front-end project designs and ensure that the project deliverables convey the design intent. You may also create presentations, branding and/or marketing materials that relate to their projects. Your designs are turned over to the production team for DD and CDs.
What You Will Need:
- An accredited degree in Architecture
- 5-15+ years of professional experience with a focus on architecture design
- A project portfolio that demonstrates a strong design sense
- Proficient in Revit, 3D rendering programs, Adobe Photoshop, In-Design, SketchUp
- Rendering and visualization skills
- Experience with multifamily projects is a plus
- Strong presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills
