  • This Architecture firm has been operating successfully for 40 years, and current firm size is approximately 20 people
  • Project focus includes government and commercial and civic design including public facilities
  • Located in the Minneapolis metro area

 

What the Architectural Intern Will Do:

We are currently hiring an Architectural Intern to join the Architecture Studio. This is an excellent opportunity to gain exposure to projects in the public and private sector. This is a direct hire, full time position with long-term growth potential.

 

  • Prepare architectural working drawings and related project documents
  • Develop presentations, design, and technical solutions through all phases of a project
  • Produce conceptual renderings for project and presentation purposes
  • Consult resources and guidelines for code compliance
  • Assists in preparation of project specifications
  • Review Shop Drawings
  • Archive and record plans and technical drawings
  • Work collaboratively in a team environment

 

About the Architectural Intern:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Architecture is required, or Master of Architecture
  • Proficient with Revit software. AutoCAD a plus
  • 2-6 years of progressive experience in an architectural firm
  • Ideal candidate will be dynamic, creative and detail oriented
